Imagine Skaneateles

June is around the corner, wow!  We will be welcoming in summer with an exhibition by our very own, Jeremy Randall. If you don’t know Jeremy, he is my very talented husband. He can be found behind the scenes year round, updating the website, changing light bulbs, and keeping up with the “honey do” work list. He can also be found behind the counters during the summer months when he is not teaching at Cazenovia College. The main hat that Jeremy wears however, is as a potter.  The exhibition of Jeremy’s work, on view through June 30, marks the first time that Jeremy’s architectural ceramic vessels will be paired with his landscape drawings.  “Landscape has become increasingly important to me, both in my work and in my life.  From the rural architectural forms that populate the landscape I call home, to the land that we live on and are sustained by, I am realizing more and more that we need to be rooted in the land.”

We are very excited to be hosting this exhibition, so please join us for a reception June 1st, 6-9pm.  Refreshments will be served, and musical entertainment provided by the Usual Suspects(although Jeremy will not be playing the banjo for this show, he will be in the gallery to chat about his work). We hope you can join us! While your in be sure to take a peak at our new bridal jewelry.  Staying true to our roots, we have found 3 talented artists’ that have created one of a kind engagement rings and wedding bands.  Do you know someone looking to propose…………………….   We hope to see you soon! Warm Regards, Sarah
